Praga was one of the very few districts that was not completely destroyed during World War II and we can still see many signs of the past. It is also a district in which the development of three different religions and cultures – Catholic, Orthodox and Jewish – had been possible. Praga is considered the ‘artistic heart’ of the city. It’s worth a visit to this district because of its unique character and under appreciated places of interest.
